The last couple weekends i went to two cabins! first my mom and anni and me went to the sansing's friend's cabin with becca elizabeth and wende it was so much fun i didn't want to leave!!! the second cabin we went to was my uncle's friend's cabin haha! my whole family went (meaning my mom, dad, sisters, kenzie, grandparents, uncle and aunt, and my cousins) so that was fun...OH and my grandma's cat went too! so that was interesting, my dog and her cat... =/ well it wasn't that bad but i liked the first cabin we went to WAY better! lol here's some pictures!

two weeks of CCAing is d-deffinatly (haha ashley) exausting! my advice: don't do it! well i guess it wasn't all that bad... the first week was nice because almost the whole church was there and i still had energy if you know what i mean. But i started to get alittle homesick towards the end of the week just becaue i knew i was gonna be there another week still. And second week was just crazy! to start off we were all dead tired from first week so we could barley keep our eyes open, then we all got sick (and still are), ashley had an anxiety attack which was really scary but we got through it, oh and my kids had bad attitudes and threw a fit every night but one. but that's just the bad stuff, i really learned so much last week and i know that's why God wanted me to CCA two weeks, so He could teach me the things he did. so i really am glad i went and besides all the bad things that happend i really did have fun! see for yourself! haha wow i'm a nerd!

Ok... this past week i've been in canada for a conference called S.E.M.P. Which means students equiped to minister peers. i had such an awsome time, from the bus breaking down to talking to people in downtown Toronto! i've never seen God work so much as he did on this trip it was amazing. I think my favorite part was just seeing God work throughout everyone's lives on the trip, and watching things go wrong and then seeing God fix them! it was probley my favorite part because i was haveing a hard time knowing how exactly to trust God before i left and he really showed me how to trust him. I really loved this trip and i can't wait for next year's missions trip! P.S - i took pictures... check 'em out >>>

Well i think i'm gonna survive survivor! this week has been SOOOO tiring, BUT fun! i'm glad its gonna be over in a way...but i'm gonna be sad it's over. the first day was a nightmare! a kid got lost and all the kids were crazy! but the second day was much better i think my group sorta realized how hard it is to keep track of nine kids and play with them at the same time so they got better...but whatever it is they were way better on the second day, and i thank God! haha kristin and I were going crazy keeping track of all the kids! the third day (today) was pretty good except that it was freezing cold and the night before i slept over at emily's house. oh my goodness that was so much fun! we went to the park and it started pouring so we got soaking wet and danced in the rain for awhile...i think that was the most fun i've had in a really really long time oh it felt so good! and then we went on a long walk through the streets sopping wet jumping in puddles! but i didn't get much sleep that night =/ so today i was exausted. but it's alright, i'll make up all the sleep tonight! <> aLeXi <>

ugh i'm so glad school is out!!! finally! i'm excited for the summer since i'm actually doing stuff! in june i have Survivor camp. no it's not the show...it's bible school for little kids at church!! anyways it's really fun i can't wait to be a crew guide! haha kristin and i are going to be awsome crew guides!!! and on the 24th or 25th i'm not really sure when we're leaving...(i should probley figure that out soon...?...) i'm going to S.E.M.P (an evangalism conference thing for church) but i'm excited and scared at the same time...! and then in july i'm going to the Sonshine festival on the 14th -->17th or something like that...i can't wait for that cuz it doesn't cost anything since emmy, ashley, jane and me are working at the product stands!!! there are gonna be so many bands there i love it it's so much fun! and then in august i'm going to Northern Pines 2nd week so that should be a blast! i'm so excited for summer!

ha wow i'm having a giggle momment!(don't ask what that is cuz i'm not even really sure) ha it's kinda like a mood swing when your really happy...but i dont' have my period right now. i think it's just cuz i'm up late and i had some coke (-a cola i'm not a druggie) anyways i'm just laughing at really stupid things! sorta like that time me and melissa were eating ham out of emily's fridge at 4 in the morning! i'm gonna go make my sister laugh some more cuz its' really fun eXpecially at 1:30 in the morning! wow i haven't posted anything since like may 4th! well...since then i turned 15, on may 13. so on friday i went to cheesecake factory for my birthday and then went to the apple store and got an ipod mini! it's so cute i love it! so that's about all i got for my birthday (well i paid for like $140 of the ipod but still that's an expensive b-day present) so anyways after dinner and shopping for a while i went to erik's birthday party with was really fun considering that i walked in and they all sang happy birthday to me and telling me happy birthday! and i felt really bad cuz it was his party but w/e. then sunday i went to church in the morning and i was gonna try out for the slam thingy but i'm sick and my throat hurts really bad so i couldn't sing and i was sad about that but i called dan and he said i could go on wednesday so then i was happy!! and then i went to a bbq at heather and dan's house which was also really fun except that i smell like smoke cuz of the campfire thing! but i'm exausted (*bad spelling*) so i'm off....... =))

i'm really sad because i had nothing to do tonight! since church ended last week...(for the little kids)i was sad i couldn't go to church and help. plus i couldn't go at 4:30 like i usually do to help dan with stuff cuz my mom and dad both worked so no one could take me. but for the next few weeks i'll be able to go on wednesdays cuz theres' choir practice on wednesdays instead of sunday nights so i'll get to go to church yay! i know i'm such a dork! but anyways tonight i went to Quadoba (or however you spell it) got dinner and then went to HArvest Moon for coffee it was really yummy!!! and then i took a shower and made my lunch and then practiced guitar! it's soOoO much fun! i hope i do'nt get bored with it cuz i like it alot! ha that din't really make sense but whatever. i'm learning really fast too, my mom heard me and she said that i should take lessons from someone at church and so did my dad! so i'm excited i might take lessons!then i could maybe play in church! this might sound kinda pittiful but alot of ppl in the youth group are in the band and stuff like my friends and i kinda feel left out cuz i'm not involved in anything. well i shouldn't say that, cuz i could sing if i wanted to but i'm just not sure about it...i think you kinda have like a brilliant voice to sing in like a band, and i wouldn't say i have a brilliant voice. i mean is't not bad but it's just not outstanding and i wouldn't feel comfertable singing in front of ppl that often if you know what i mean. maybe i'll just stick to occasionaly singing in front of ppl!!!
Only *8* days till my BIRTHDAY! i think im gonna ask for money for an ipod mini from my aunt and uncle and grandparents cuz my grandma likes to give me money anyways! and i have some money saved up for and ipod so i'll prolly be able to after awhile! i'm so excited im gonna get a green one! it'll be so cute! and it will be filled with ChRiStIaN rock (ha rohit) i can't wait! hahaha! today in health it was the beginning of class and this girl Linda sits in front of me...and rohit comes over and asks me what we did in class on monday and tuesday (cuz he was gone) and i told him and he sat back down. then linda turns around and goes "are you guys friends??"& i said " yeah..." she was like " oh i thought he was your brother." i was like " hA NO!" lol that made my day... cuz we look nothing alike AND he's jewish and i'm christian and we are like the opposite!!! it was just funny! well i should get going, i need to go to bed earlier cuz i've been like dead tired lately. so as cate would say "i'm outtie like a belly button!" i love that it's so cute!!! ;) LeXi - b

hmmm...lets see, this weekend was pretty good if you ask me! well on saturday i babysat my two cousins avery and rylie that was very interesting...Avery who's four years old was very hyper and would not stop being soOo bossy! and Rylie was not eating anything i gave her but of course she would eat my lunch! we watched two movies, Ice Age and Freaky Friday! fun fun i know! and then we went to southdale after my aunt got back. i looked at the ipod mini that i might get with my birthday / babysitting money yay!!! and my dad said that he saw one of my friends but when i asked him who he goes" i don't know she's the one from the band concert..." i'm like ok...... "is she brunette?" and he says yeah and then i asked him if she was short or had curley hair and he said yes to both and i was like oh then it must've been jill... but jill's not in band! so i asked him if she was tall and had blonde hair (cuz i thought it could've been heather )and he said yeah! i was soooooo confused i just gave up! ANYways! after we went to california pizza kitchen and had yummy pizza! but it wasn't very fun cuz my sister was being so immature! (my 18 year old sister that is!) i seriously can't believe she's a freshman in college! she was being so negative and pointing out all the bad things in everyone and never once said anything nice to anyone the whole weekend i was SoOOOOOOO pissed off at her! it's like she's the older one here...so anyways i was trying to forget that! and yesterday i was came to the desicion that i want to learn how to play guitar! so i'm trying to teach myself with my dad's guitar! i'm not so sure how long that's gonna last cuz my fingers hurt really bad, but whatever! and anni and I are working on a song to sing for church its' such a pretty song i love it! it's called "you led me" by Barlow Girl. we are gonna see if we can sing it at one of the worship services later in the year like next month or june or somethin(if we still have worship services in the summer =/ ). but yeah that was pretty much my weekend and i went to church on sunday night it was our last one *tear tear* i'm so sad! i really didn't want it to end cuz then what am i gonna do on sunday nights??? i'll just have to cry at home alone =( boo hoo! well...could i make this entry any longer? sorry i just kept rambling on and on ...LatER! ;)

today is sunday...i didn't go to church (tisk tisk) but i actually didn't have a choice, i just wasn't woken up, therefore it's not my fault! cuz believe me if i had the choice i would've been there! but anyways i got up at like 10:00 then ate somethin and went to target and ran some errins (or however u spell it, gosh i'm so bad at spelling!) and then my sister and i went on a walk and just sorta hung around it was kinda boring actually. but then i went to church for choir and youth group at 5:00 . choir was fun, i like the song we are singing! and youth group was fun (of course! cuz it always is!) and i realized how many great friends i have and what an awsome church i have to go to!! and what an awsome God we have to go to for everything! i'm just so thankful for everything in my life! Like just little things that show how much love there is between my friends and me! i'm just so thankful to have such great friends in my life! ok i have a random thought...so this is kind of a bad transion but whatever i dont' care! so alot of people think that it's like really easy to be skinny(like me!) and for the most part it is! in like you can eat anything and you don't gain any weight! BUT there is a down side... meaning that everyone and their dog thinks you have an eating disorder! and i know that i shouldn't even care but it just bugs me to death when people look at me and assume i'm anorexic. i mean it's ok to maybe think that but they don't have to say it to my face! ugh so many people have called me anorexic or at least implied it and it pisses me off soo much! ok so here's one story; i was waiting for my friend by the door of my math class and this guy was looking at me then he says " girl you need to eat somethin!" i was thinking you know what dude you need to mind your own buissiness, but instead i just shook my head and sorta said"what?" and he goes "oh so you dont' like eating?" i was like " oh i eat plenty thank you!" and then i left! i was just so frusterated! haha but then he came into the class the other day and says really loud "we learned about belimia today..." i was like oh great now he thinks im belimic cuz i said that i eat! there's just so many times like that when people have said soemthing liek that to me and i've just had enough! ok... that's the end of my random thought!!! i think i'm gonna go now>> later aligater! ;)

ok so about that ugh post... i was just having a "oh poor me" day. i have those quite often actually...but anyways i was all alone at home because my sister had 6 6th graders over for her sleepover and they had to sleep in MY room! ugh they had to sleep in my room cuz my room is in the basement and its' bigger than my sister's room so they could all fit, but still my mom could've at least asked me first.
my weekend was an ok weekend. the weather was really nice so that made me alittle happy, but i had to finish my book to do my book report...then i had to study for drivers ed final eeekk! i didn't actually study that much so i'll probley fail the final!!! gosh i hope not! so on sunday i sang in church all three services (with my girls!!) we sang " draw me close" it was a pretty good all three services so that was good. but i was so tired that day cuz i forgot it was daylight savings so my mom wakes me up at 6:30 on sunday morning and goes "it's not really 6:30, its' 7:30 so get up!" i was like WHAT? not fair! but it all worked out ok... i was only 15 mins late for church! then sunday night the youth group went to a GO Fish concert but it was more like half the youth group cuz there wern't very many ppl there. but it was so fun! and today.........today was a strange day, we got like a buttload of homework in 1st hour and then in civics mrs. skadden was being mean to me (i swear she hates me!) but i don't know why! then we had that whole band shabang so i got to miss 4th through 6th period, well half of 6th period but w/e. then i took the drivers ed final but only got to question 60! so it'll probley take me three days! and tonight we had the band festival, it was pretty boring if you ask me but that's probley just cuz it was so flippin hot in there and we played very last to we had to wait for everyone! and that leads me to...right now!i'm gonna go do something...not quite sure what yet....maybe i'll eat somethin...yeah! i'm hungry!! later ;) ~ SL

so, my conclusion after checkin out tonka high school is .... well slp is THE MOST ghetto school on the plannet! no really our school is like 1/4 of minnetonka hs! and they are like mega rich! lol they have little projector things in every class room... and in slp we have like a total of 2 in the whole school! i mean i always knew that we were ghetto...but not THAT ghetto! oh well, i guess i like my little school better than tonka tho! cuz then you know like everyone at your school and it's much more cozy!! but i really wish more of my church friends went to slp... cuz then school wouldn't be so bad! like when i went to tonka with ashley there's like 6 ppl from my church that go there and it was cool to see them there!!haha they were like "what are YOU doing here?!?" it was so fun, ha i was scared i was gonna get kicked out (before i went) but i just pretended i was shadowing ashley, and all her teachers believed us! i think that's pretty much all i did on friday, except i went shopping after i went to "school" with ashley and i got some new shoes! they're so cute!!! and my daddy finished my room! i love it sOoO much!!! AND to top it off my sister burned me a super sweet mix! so gonna go chill im my room now>> LAtEr! :)

there are things you should keep to yourself somtimes... haha like at sonshine last year, ashley was telling us that when she was really little her guy friend would come over and tell her about bad things!! like sex ! and of course ashley didn't know what those bad things were so she would be totaly clueless and go ask her mom what sex was! so after she told us her great story i was like " ashley... i don't think you should go around telling people that!" another time was... like 3 weeks ago garrett was telling us that he used to dress up like a girl ... hmm! its funny how sometimes people don't think before they speak! but i'm not trying to be mean, cuz i'm the queen of not thinking! if you don't believe me just ask jill! but i don't know why you wouldn't believe me cuz all you have to do is talk to me for 5 mins and i'll most likely say something stupid! well i gotta go be stupid... later!

i finaly get to decorate my own room! yay! what i mean by that is i've never had my own room ... i've always shared it with my sister which really stunk cuz i couldn't make it pretty like i wanted too! but now i can cuz i have my own room since brianna is at college! i'm painting it green! it's gonna be so pretty i can't wait! my daddy got the paint tonight and he put some on the wall just to see what it looks like and it's really green but i like it! its' gonna be soo different then brianna's room tho... cuz we turned our basement into bed rooms. my dad put a wall so there are two rooms down here! and brianna's room is gonna be like all topey and deep red... now mine is gonna be bright green and pink!no similarity there! oh well. i was so sad when anni moved into her room upstairs cuz she got this really cute room and my mom was buying her all this stuff... then we got a new computer and it went in her room, i was thinking "so not fair.." but now my room is gonna be sOoO much cuter than hers cuz i wanna be an interior decorator when i grow up(don't know if that will happen but i like to decorate!) so it WILL be cute!!! ugh my room is such a mess right now, there's like pieces of wood laying around from when my dad built the wall... and there's random sploches of green paint on my wall, and he had to take my hooks down so my clothes is on the floor,AND his tools are laying around in my room! i hate it! OH! and there's saw dust everywhere! i like things neat and organized... and my room right now is most deffinetly not organized and neat right now! well, i think i'm gonna go try and clean up my room alittle, then get ready for bed, then make my lunch, then read , then go to bed... so later>>

tonight was the POPS concert and it was REALLY good! i didn't really wanna go at first but i had fun! haha it seemed like most ppl liked electricity the most! haha i was so scared for that one cuz i thought i was gonna fall in the dark! but i didn't it went really well i'm so happy! haha the trupmets messed up in that song , they didn't play for like 10 messures and after the song mrs. berrgren goes " the trumpets are TOAST!" it was hilarious! so anyways that was my night i should probley get to studying my Dr. Ed notes since the test IS tomorrow! to tootles!

my friends at school all think im a goody goody... and i guess that's not all that much a lie, but still i don't like being called a goody goody! i mean i do have the w.w.j.d key chain and all, but i'm not perfect.ugh i don't get it, how come everytime i make a mistake my friends (@ school mostly) make a big deal out of it . like " oooh, alexi made a mistake..." but when all along they are making mistakes left and right! i guess they just like to tease me! and that's fine with me! like saturday... that stupid movie we were watching at garrett's house, the guy was swearing and erik goes " alexi close your ears!" i'm no different then anyone else! it's not like i'm a little kid! and i know they're all just joking, cuz they think i'm a goody goody, but i guess that's how life is for me in my little christian world! i best be getting to bed now, because i COULDN'T stay up past my bed time! (actually i dont' have a bedtime! but we'll just pretend i do!) good night!
